Log a trip in seconds.
Search start and destination with Apple Maps or pick a saved address. Kilunavo suggests the distance from a calculated route, or you type it in yourself.

Kilunavo keeps your business, private and commute journeys in one tidy logbook. Enter a trip in seconds or let automatic tracking record it while you drive — without an account and without cloud sync.

One logbook for every journey: where you started, where you went, how far it was and why you drove — kept on your iPhone, not on someone else’s server.
Search start and destination with Apple Maps or pick a saved address. Kilunavo suggests the distance from a calculated route, or you type it in yourself.

Give every journey a classification and a purpose. Trips you have not sorted yet stay visible as unclassified, so nothing slips through.

Each trip shows its route on the map together with distance and duration — the recorded route for tracked journeys, the calculated one for trips you entered.

Turn on automatic tracking and Kilunavo watches for driving activity and records the journey. iOS can interrupt detection, so always review your trips afterwards.

Create a report for a single trip or a date range as PDF or CSV and share it with the iOS share sheet — to Files, Mail or wherever you need it.

Keep each vehicle with its name and licence plate and assign every trip to the right car.

When you change or delete a trip, Kilunavo asks for a reason and keeps the previous values in a local correction history.

Save frequent places such as the office or a client and pick them with one tap next time.
Distances follow your region, or choose the unit yourself. The app speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch.
Open the app and start logging. There is no sign-up, no login and no cloud sync.

Kilunavo is a mileage log for iPhone. You record business, private and commute journeys by hand or automatically, see the route on the map and create PDF or CSV reports for a trip or a date range.
Not always. Automatic tracking needs the in-app purchase, location access “Always” and tracking turned on in the app. iOS decides when apps may run in the background; weak GPS, Low Power Mode or force-quitting the app can stop detection. Background location also uses battery. Please check your trips regularly and add missing ones by hand.
No. Kilunavo is not certified as a tax-compliant logbook. Reports are a tidy summary of your entries; check with your tax adviser whether they meet the requirements that apply to you.
Only on your iPhone. The logbook is excluded from iCloud and computer backups, so export your reports regularly. Deleting the app removes all of its data from the device.
Kilunavo follows the measurement system of your region. You can also choose kilometres or miles in the settings.
Usage analytics (Amplitude, Firebase) and crash reports (Crashlytics) without the contents of your logbook — no addresses, routes, licence plates or purposes. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Some features such as automatic tracking, additional vehicles and reports are unlocked by an optional in-app purchase via Apple. The App Store shows all details before you buy.
